IN MEMORY, PERMANENCE (FACADE)

Fall 2017

This exhibition explored architectural decisions utilized in memorial sites and other spaces dedicated to contemplation. A mural, a wall of text, and flower beds mimicked environments intended to prompt reflection and provide comfort, with disruptions proposed by the use of mark-making and text discussing hesitation, doubt, and fear.
